On October 21st, 20,000 women and girls all across the country will be coming together to run in the Nike Women’s Marathon and join in the battle against cancer.

Crossing the finish line in The Nike Women’s Marathon means more than just completing the race; these women are supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, whose mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.

With the summer coming to an end it’s time to clear your mind and gear up for the 5-mile race that’s part hang-out, part work-out. The Nike Run Hit Remix is back in full effect at the LA Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, September 15th at 9am ET.

Run through the streets of LA while listening to live performances by Naughty by Nature, Sir Mix A Lot, The Sugarhill Gang, Dawn Robinson of En Vogue, and a Finish line concert by MC Hammer. Bring three friends and you will receive VIP access to the exclusive Nike Let Me Play Lounge.
