Every year, millions of pairs of athletic shoes are thrown away, clogging landfills and wasting a lot of good material. So we’ve created a solution to allow you to recycle your old shoes! Reuse-A-Shoe, part of our Let Me Play campaign, is one of Nike’s longest-running environmental and community programs, where worn-out athletic shoes of any brand are collected, processed and recycled into material used in sports surfaces like basketball courts, tennis courts, athletic fields, running tracks and playgrounds for young people around the world.

Nike Women’s Marathon: Running for a Cause

On October 21st, 20,000 women and girls all across the country will be coming together to run in the Nike Women’s Marathon and join in the battle against cancer.

Crossing the finish line in The Nike Women’s Marathon means more than just completing the race; these women are supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, whose mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.

Nike Run Hit Remix: do you have what it takes?

With the summer coming to an end it’s time to clear your mind and gear up for the 5-mile race that’s part hang-out, part work-out. The Nike Run Hit Remix is back in full effect at the LA Memorial Coliseum on Saturday, September 15th at 9am ET.

Let Me Play Rolls Through The Point

On July 11, The Point rolled out the red carpet to help launch Nike’s ambitious new project: Let Me Play.

To honor the launch of Let Me Play, 350 kids from Boys and Girls Clubs around the city filed into The Point to celebrate with some of their favorite athletes. Kobe Bryant. Serena Williams.
